Where Code and Heritage Meets Canvas: My Journey

1. The Core Narrative: Identity and Heritage

My name is Aaron, and I am an artist, a photographer, and a dedicated technology lover.

My story begins in India, but the narrative quickly shifted. At the age of two, my family embarked on a journey to Israel, driven by my grandfather’s profound wish to be buried in Jerusalem. Growing up immersed in Israeli culture, I absorbed its unique spirit from the high-velocity, driven pace of life here to the relentless innovation of the Startup Nation. Yet, this fast-moving environment never eclipsed my deep connection to my heritage. My work is fundamentally an ongoing search for the right fusion between the old and the new, the past and the future.

2. The Authority: Science, Algorithms, and the Catalyst

I have always been compelled by the convergence of art and technology, a curiosity that led me to complete two science degrees. While I initially dedicated myself to a high-demanding professional environment, the undeniable call of art remained. I felt a need to translate my feelings and perspectives onto the canvas—or through code.

This journey led me to Generative Art, a medium that perfectly combines my love for technology and science with my artistic expression.

The Personal Touch: This technical control allows me to create deeply personal pieces, using inputs like customer data or personal milestones to generate truly unique, narrative-driven artwork.

The Code: In my generative process, my code is the canvas, and physics is the paint. I define the system rules, mathematics, and restrictions that govern the final pattern. This ensures that while the computer introduces calculated randomness, I retain control over the artistic macro-outcome.

3. The Artistic Pillars: Three Dimensions of Expression

My studio practice is defined by three distinct forms of creation, each reflecting a different aspect of my identity and view of the world:

Fine Art Photography: Through my lens, I capture landscape and urban scenes from Israel and around the world, sharing the closest representation of what I see through my eyes. These works are offered as Limited Edition Prints, valuing scarcity and artistic perspective.

Generative Abstract Art: These are geometric and abstract patterns born from code and mathematics. They are an expression of pure technological creativity, available as archival prints or unique, data-driven commissions that tell your personal story.

Warli-Israeli Fusion Painting: My Indian birthplace connects me to the ancient Warli tribal art of the Maharashtra region. I fuse this minimalist, geometric style with contemporary scenes, depicting Israeli and Jewish moments—creating pieces that are a unique cultural dialogue between two ancient peoples.

4. An Invitation to Connect

My art is born from a complex and unique personal history, and I would be honored for it to become a part of your story. Whether through code that reflects a unique memory or a painting that connects history and heritage, every piece is designed to be warm, personal, and one-of-a-kind.

I would love to connect and discuss art, science, or simply engage in a friendly conversation; I find these interactions constantly insightful. visit my contact page
